Welcome to The Lapel Pin Superstore Blog. Here we will be blogging about anything and everything to do with custom lapel pins, trading pins and other promotional products we have manufactured.

Creating Custom Lapel Pins isn’t rocket science. We basically take a piece of metal, cut it out to the desire shape and size, and then stamp the design into the metal and polish and clean the surfaces.

The next step is to add color to the lapel pins, which is done by hand using special magnifying glasses and tiny ink die needles that inject the colors into the stamped fill areas. This may sound like a tedious process, but we have a whole factory of employees who knock out hundreds of thousands of custom pins each year.

The pins are then heated to high temperatures and cooled so the ink and metal can cure giving a lasting and quality finish.

Trading Pin Bags are great for storing, carrying and displaying your Custom Trading Pins at little league tournaments and World Series events across the country.

One of our graphic artists recently attended the Yankee Stadium unveiling and was quite impressed with the size, quality and appearance. When visiting the Big Apple this is a must see for sports enthusiasts. Whether you love em or hate, you will find the new stadium is truly a work of art.

Next time we will be discussing in more detail the history of Custom Trading Pins and why thety are so popular at little league and World Series tournaments nationwide.
